  • Statewide: A Keystone Transit Career Ladder Partnership proposal for next fiscal year will be submitted to the PA Department of Labor & Industry by June 30, 2004. The funding request will be at the same level as this year's funding.

  • Washington, D.C. : The Transportation Center has written a combined Keystone Case Study Interim Report for the worker and supervisor surveys that were conducted in Philadelphia and at the smaller transit properties in Pennsylvania in 2003.
