In order for the Partnership to submit its invoice on time, we need to receive all invoices from everyone doing business with us on time. All invoices for the fiscal year must be received by me no later than July 15, 2004 . As spelled out in all Memorandums of Agreement, the Partnership cannot guarantee payment on any invoice we receive later than July 15, 2004 . If you have any questions on this policy or on your specific invoices, please contact Dr. Garraty.

  • Pittsburgh :  Due to course complications, the Pittsburgh portion of the Keystone Transit Career ladder Partnership decided to cancel the Electricity course that was to be conducted by the Community College of Allegheny College. The other Keystone sponsored courses in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Plumbing, A/C Compressor and Railway Track Course are still scheduled.

  • Salt Lake City , Utah : Management representatives from the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) and labor representatives from ATU Local #382 - Salt Lake City - will be meeting with Keystone Transit Career Ladder Partnership representatives in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia in July, 2004.
