because of poor maintenance......or should we?
- Statewide: Please visit our website at http://www.keystonetransit.org/pub.htm for
copies of all the Keystone Newsletters, Keystone/PennTRAIN Maintenance
Course Schedules (including multiple SEPTA maintenance courses that they
are being made available to other Pennsylvania transit properties through

- Statewide: This is to remind all
partners and venders that we need to receive all invoices from everyone
on time. All invoices for the fiscal year must be received no later
than July 15, 2004. As spelled out in all Memorandums of Agreement,
the Partnership cannot guarantee payment on any invoice we receive
later than July 15, 2004 .
